Dikran Mekhsian is an international business development specialist with many years of experience in the European, Middle East and African healthcare sectors. He has held numerous senior management positions with leading healthcare multinationals, where he specialised in the EMEA markets, establishing regional offices from the ground up and developing them into preferred suppliers with exceptionally high market shares, identifying and managing distribution channels, driving and expanding market penetration, and building up an unrivalled network of local contacts with healthcare decision makers, public and private institutions, and the business communities.
A veteran negotiator and facilitator, Dikran’s wealth of regional and product expertise together with his extensive knowledge of the Middle East/Africa market complexities led him to senior roles in major regional acquisitions and integrations as well as in business development. With a strong background in electronic engineering, his early career included various technical service, sales, marketing, and general management roles. He is a regional pioneer in business software applications, and now advises companies on customized software solutions and processes. Dikran speaks four languages; English, French, Arabic and Armenian. He was born and raised in the Middle East. |
